Earl Grey Fancy Grade Tea
We blend Chinese Black Congou Tea, instead of the usual Indian & Ceylonese blend, with natural Oil of Bergamot and blue and white Bergamot flower petals. This is an excellent version of Earl Grey. At your next tea party, display this beautiful tea for your guests.
Use 2 teaspoons per 12 to 16 oz pot.
Use Boiling (212ºF.) water.
Steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
