Our Premium Pilochun Green Tea has the traditional spiral tips with silver white hairs. When the Pilochun tea leaves are still warm after de-enzyming, small mounds are rolled by hand in three stages. The delicate, pliable leaves are thus transformed into the classic spiral shape. Try this premium green tea that has been enjoyed for generations!
Use 2 teaspoons per 12 to 16 oz pot.
Use 157º F water.
Steep for 2 minutes.
