India Doke Silver Needles White Tea
India Doke Silver Needles is a second flush white tea from Bihar - just West of the famous Darjeeling Region. Its long, thin, white and green needle like leaves are very similar to the famed Silver Needle Tea of China. These beautiful leaves create a pale amber cup with a slightly nutty flavor. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
Use 2 teaspoons per 12 to 16 oz of 157º F water. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. (USDA Organic Certification Pending)
